I want you to dream big for your business and for you.

I love being self-employed because it opens up so many possibilities. I get to design the way I want to work, and use my strengths to help others.

But I’ve been on the other side of that story too. I’ve worked long hours without a clear goal to guide me. And without one, I realized running a business is much, much harder than it needs to be.

As a former professional photographer, I used to place the most value on looks—my website, social media, service packages. Everything was beautiful, but there wasn’t much strategy behind that beauty to make my business work for me.

So I stopped avoiding the unsexy practical pieces of growing a business:

  • How much do I want to make?

  • How much am I willing to work?

  • What do I need to do to make that happen?

  • How do I want to live and how will my business support that?

The answers to these questions formulated my new goals. And once I had clear goals, something incredible happened.

I was no longer using hope as a strategy.

I now had an actionable plan. I knew what I was striving for. And I started meeting and exceeding my goals much quicker than I’d ever imagined.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is set a goal and make a plan.

Without a clear purpose, it’s harder to fail because there’s nothing to really fail at. Once you set a goal, it’s always possible it won’t work out. I believe that’s why so many of us avoid having clarity—around our messaging, goals, boundaries.

Because what if I fail?

But a willingness to fail allows you the freedom to design the life you want to live.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people set goals, be brave and clear about what they want, and then pursue it.

My work is part consulting, part implementation. It would be easy for me to just give you business recommendations. But I also put in the work to make your goals a reality.

When you’re already doing a thousand things at once, as many business owners are, having a partner to help implement your goals is essential.

What does success feel like to you—and how can I help you achieve it?
